Amazing Lip Primer
For the poor souls stuck in climates with dropping temperatures scaly lips are part of the everyday or even hourly battle. Get a tube of Neutrogena's Lip Booster. It is amazing. It moisturizes your lips instantly without having a crazy greasy or tacky feel like some other heavy duty lip balms. You can just leave it on or use it as a primer. I love this booster because it fully moisturizes your lips in about 30 seconds and you are good for lip liner. Try it...you'll love it!!!!

MUFE Duo Mat Powder Foundation
I am on my second compact of this stuff and paid full price for it both times. I could call the NY store and get my discount but I just cannot stand to have the downtime without my new favorite foundation.
Why do I love it? Personally: 1)Easy to use:Powder foundation goes on so easily and without all the mess. 2)The coverage is phenomenal: It is build able. One layer evens the skin tone. Two layers removes all blemishes. Three layers you look like a powder face but not one imperfection.
Professionally: I follow a few more steps on models and brides then myself before putting on foundation but the reasons are the same. 1)Ease of use. I usually pair this with a liquid for shoots and it provides a perfect finishing powder for me that sets for hours.
I really fell in love when an actor was sweat ting profusely on set and I realized that all that was needed was to blot the sweat because the powder remained. Love. Love.
You can get this at
Sephora.com or one of thier stores. Pros can call the MUFE store in NY.

2nd Product..Not exaclty Daily
I have to apologize to anyone that is actually reading this. It has been MANY days since my last post. Each day I know I should post but I don't and for that I am sorry. So onto content..
I mentioned in the last post that I would concentrate on brushes and I have another. I figured this is relevant as the smokey will never die. If you ever put on makeup there will be a night that you want to go "smokey" and you will need this brush. The Sephora Professionel Smudge Brush #14 for $13 its not the cheapest but I have come to love it.
No, $13 is not alot of money, especially for a good brush but most other brushes can be used in a multitude of ways. This one.....smudges and that's it but it does it amazingly well. The bristles are packed stiffly but overall the brush is very soft. So when you are going in for the smudging of liner or shadow it is a simple process. Besides smudging eyeliner it does produce an almost perfect width line of shadow across the bottom lash line. Many of the new eyeshadow looks have shadow under the eye as well as on it and the smudger applies it brilliantly.
So go to Sephora and get this brush and a few other things so they will give you lots of large size samples.
I'll be back tomorrow..yes, really..with another Sephora product so you can stay a while on your next trip.

First Product
Well it was def a little tough choosing a first product but I figured it should be something I love enough to use everyday. Its my MAC 187 brush. I know, I know this brush has lots of hype but I have some points that I think will only add and not repeat what you can get from any other review.
I love this brush because it does provide a flawless finish when applying foundation in a circular motion. I really thought I was having skin issues before I bought this brush. The brush is not just for foundation. It does a fantastic job with my Ulta Glowtion (discontinued) which replaces foundation for me on weekdays.I also use it to apply my blush. It does have an end date after a week and must be spray cleaned at minimum. If not you'll get a streaky application.
The best trick with this brush is that it doesn't remove your concealer. Weather you are using it as a stippling brush (as intended) or just going in circles. I like to layer my foundation over my concealer and my 187 works with me.
Dup note: If you can't shell out $40 for the MAC 187 stippling brush then just moisten the tip of a blush brush or large powder brush and apply your foundation in a circular motion. That should give you the same flawless effect while you're saving up.
Peace

Intro
First post....
I have recently started working as a Make-Up Artist but have always been make-up obsessed. As I have another blog that deals with clothes and fashion I wanted one where I review a new product every day. I will do my best to stay away from the conventional, Cover Girl Mascara(hate) and Revlon Color Stay(love) and move onto more unique products that fit specific needs. Email me if you have issues with products that need solving or just anything that you were curious about.
Don't be disappointed if I do one day write a review on my Revlon Color Stay. I am anticipating a review a day to be pretty tough. I have blogs that I rely on in the morning to accompany my coffee and if my blog is worthy of that sort of devotion I will attempt a new view on old standards.
Peace.
